Terms and Conditions

CauseWin is operated by Visibilitas Ventures Ltd. Our competitions are run in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005. CauseWin is compliant with the requirements for free-entry prize competitions and paid-entry competitions under applicable UK law.

To purchase tickets on CauseWin you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. By purchasing a ticket you confirm that you meet these requirements. CauseWin reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless a competition is cancelled by CauseWin. Tickets are allocated randomly and each ticket carries an equal chance of winning. The number of tickets available for each competition is stated on the competition page.

Draws take place when all available tickets have been sold or when the stated closing date is reached, whichever comes first. Where insufficient tickets are sold by the closing date, CauseWin reserves the right to extend the competition, reduce the prize, or cancel the competition and issue refunds.

Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond within this period may result in the prize being forfeited and a redraw taking place. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

A portion of ticket sale proceeds will be donated to the charity selected by the ticket purchaser at the time of purchase. Charity payments are processed within 30 days of each competition closing. CauseWin is not responsible for the actions or conduct of any charity listed on our platform. Charity listings are sourced from the Charity Commission public register.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing tickets you consent to us contacting you regarding your order, the draw outcome and your charity donation confirmation.

CauseWin and Visibilitas Ventures Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our competitions, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
